Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Beverley Park Golf Club Limited (ACN 000 051 383) will be held at the Club\u2019s premises at 87 Jubilee Avenue, Beverley Park at 7.00pm on Wednesday 8th November 2023. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The summary of changes to the Constitution outlined in the Notice of General Meeting is intended to provide sufficient background and information to enable members to make an informed decision in relation to the proposed special resolution to adopt the new Constitution.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

However, there may be matters about which members may have questions not covered by this Memorandum.\u00a0\u00a0In those circumstances, they are invited to raise their questions with the Club prior to the General Meeting which, if necessary, will obtain advice from its lawyers to pass back to the member. This can be done by emailing the General Manager at shaun@bpgc.com.au<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
